Infrastructure
We, at Beco Mech Engineers are empowered with latest technologies and
highly skilled manpower to execute every task efficiently. Our well
established forging unit comprises of special forging processes like
Hot Ring Rolling, which is all included as a huge material saving than
any other forging process for Steel Ring Forgings. We are equipped with
adequate infrastructure such as plant, machinery, measuring equipment,
laboratory material testing facility to execute every task efficiently.
The Forged Ring passes through the various stages of machining before
its final profiling on CNC machining. The process for final Turning
includes:
- Cutting process
- Heating to all pieces in furnace
- Pressing
- Pre punching
- Trimming
- Rolling
- Sizing in to closed die
- Sperodise Annealing
- Proff Machining
- Final Turning on CNC Turning Lathe.
